  We hired Joe to do fencing and two gates on our yard. He does excellent work. BUT, make sure you get a WRITTEN bid prior to the work starting and an exact amount for all upgrades. We upgraded the wood and three fence posts to steel posts, and the final price was $700 more than the original bid. It was unpleasant expecting a competitive bid and getting charged more than the two other bids.
